WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO?
in case you need a technical intervention, you have to do the following steps:
Contact us, a short telephone interview will be used to define the next steps of the intervention.
If the request requires the release of one of our authorized technicians, we remind you to present the following documents to the technician: tax document proving the purchase, postcard of the stamped guarantee, declaration of conformity plant and / or document issued by the qualified installer (DM 37/08), system booklet (for products where it is required).

INFORMATION FOR CORRECT
USE AND MAINTENANCE
The product warranty lapses in the case of:
installation not compliant with current regulations (in particular Uni 10683 and Uni En 1443)
any improper use of the stove (eg use of an inappropriate fuel)
lack of regular annual cleaning of the stove
lack of regular cleaning and maintenance of the combustion smoke evacuation system
The installation of the products must always be performed by qualified personnel (D.M. 37/08) who, in the foreseen cases, must release to the user “declaration of conformity of the system” according to the regulations in force.
The installer will have to stamp the postcard and attached to the machine in the appropriate space.
THE FIRST ACTIVATION
The first activation of the machine after installation must be done by authorized personnel. In case of doubt, please contact us
